Another old character redone for new times. Part of the Dilo series.

Art is an agent of a secret organization of government-hired Techers (cyborgs), and is a sniper and combat specialist. He is based on a bat.

His Biotech wings are comprised of a synthetic energy similar to cloth or skin, but can thin out and transform into deadly blades to cut down even heavily armored foes. His left eye is also Biotech, and has enhanced vision for precise sniping capabilities.

Now this looks like quite the formidable opponent, and definitely not someone you'd want to meet alone...or, at the least, you'd hope that they were on your side. Once again, your style is very befitting in all of this.
